AURORA - One of Colorado's largest murals was just completed in Aurora.
The two-block mural runs the length of Clinton Street leading from Montview to the Stanley gates. It will be dedicated Sunday during the CherryArts Festival.
The city hired Yulia Avgustinovich to develop the design concept. It unites Stanley’s prior history as an ejection seat manufacturer the redevelopment and growth happening now in Aurora.
More than 300 volunteers, 180 gallons of paint, 150 brushes, 320 gloves and 30 rollers were needed to complete the Clinton Street mural.
