Name the 9NEWS Parade of Lights penguin

DENVER - He has been a part of the Parade of Lights for a while now but the face and mascot of the holiday event has never had a name, until now.

The deadline is approaching to submit your contest entry and name the penguin, Friday, Nov. 20.

To enter you must be a child 12 years old and younger. If your name is chosen you will win $1,000 for a college fund, a $500 gift card to American Furniture Warehouse and front row seats at the parade.

The 9NEWS Parade of Lights will be held on Dec. 4 at 8 p.m. and Dec. 5 at 6 p.m.
