Chad McWhinney

Chad McWhinney is President and CEO of McWhinney Enterprises, which he co-founded with his brother Troy and father Derek in 1990.  He is responsible for establishing and implementing the company's mission, vision, and core values. 

Additionally, Chad is responsible for overseeing the company's strategies and establishing new business opportunities. Chad's leadership has helped shape the company into a leading real estate development and asset/property management organization that currently has more than 30 properties located throughout Northern Colorado and Southern California.

Deeply committed to the communities in which he does business, Chad is involved in various charitable and civic activities. He serves as a Director for Centennial Bank of the West, sits on the Colorado State University Real Estate Advisory Committee, and is a Board Member of CSU's Center for Investment and Real Estate Finance. In 2004, Chad was appointed to CSU's Board of Governors.
