Colorado Access to Justice
The Colorado Access to Justice Commission is
an independent entity formed with the support of the Colorado Supreme
Court, the Colorado Bar Association and the Statewide Legal Services
Group in 2003. It's mission is to develop, coordinate and implement
policy initiatives to expand access to and enhance the quality of
justice in civil legal matters for persons who encounter barriers
in gaining access to Colorado's civil justice system.

They handle civil protection orders for victims of Domestic Violence, Wage and Hour claims Loss of Section 8 Vouchers, civil rights issues as they pertain to disabilities and accessibility, Mediation/Arbitration (no family law), IRS disputes, and eviction cases.

of Colorado Legal Aid and Defender Program
Represents indigent clients who live in Boulder County or who must
appear in Boulder County Courts on misdemeanor, criminal and traffic
charges and most civil cases (excluding worker's compensation, bankruptcy
and child custody). Open for new clients during the spring and fall
semesters only.
