Metro State College and 9NEWS are proud to honor outstanding teachers who are making a positive impact on our children through the 9Teachers Who Care program.

9Teachers Who Care is a monthly award that recognizes teachers who exemplify excellence in education.

One individual a month, from September through May, will be chosen to receive the 9Teachers Who Care Award. Their story will be featured on the second Friday of the month in our 5am, 8 am, and 4pm newscasts, then again on the following Saturday in the 7am newscast.
