Red Rocks Easter Service seen around the world

KUSA - It is one of the most beautiful places on earth to watch the sunrise on Easter. And for the last nine years, the service can be seen from anywhere around the world.

Red Rocks Amphitheater is hosting the 67th annual Easter Sunrise service on April 20.

NetCast Video is providing a free web stream to make sure that those who cannot watch the Easter celebration breathtaking views can do so just with a quick click of a link.

Coloradoans have packed the Easter Sunrise service for the past 66 years no matter the weather. The forecast for the 2014 service looks good, with clear skies and sunrise temperatures in the low 40's. Organizers suggest those who want to attend in person should dress warmly. Those who want to watch the stream can wear pajamas or just about anything.

NetCast Video works with the Colorado Council of Churches offering free streaming to make it available on Easter morning. "We work primarily with the faith-based community and help stream services, weddings, funerals or other events where those who cannot attend have access" said NetCast Video co-found Dale Shuttleworth.
