DENVER BUSINESS JOURNAL - Over the years, employers have asked a number of questions relating to pregnancy and/or birth and the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
Here are some of them, along with the answers.
Question: Are all employers required to provide maternity leave?
Answer: No. The FMLA applies to all public employers and to private employers with at least 50 employees in the U.S. who have worked at least 20 workweeks in the current or preceding calendar year.
