He lost his two Labrador retrievers, Beezer and Boomer, and then decided to help others get through the trying time.
He wrote a book, "The Legacy of Beezer and Boomer: Lessons on Living and Dying from My Canine Brothers" with ways to help people cope.
A portion of the profits from the book also go towards the B Brothers Project nonprofit.
