OVERNIGHT:  Mostly cloudy with scattered snow showers. 1-3'' of accumulation across the metro area with the heavier snow west and south. Castle Rock down to Monument Hill up to 3 inches of new snow is possible by sunrise.  Overnight lows will be from 8 to 13 degrees.

TUESDAY:  Cloudy in the morning with areas of very light snow.  Total snowfall will be at or less than one half of an inch in the metro area.  Mostly cloudy in the afternoon with light wind. Partial afternoon clearing is expect but it will turn even colder with highs from 27 to 32 degrees.
