The Colorado Mammoth will honor one of the best lacrosse players in history this weekend.

The No. 24 jersey of John Grant Jr. will be raised to the rafters of Pepsi Center on Saturday, March 24 in a ceremony before the Mammoth take on the Vancouver Stealth.

Grant, who has also played for the Denver Outlaws, retired in 2017 as the team's all-time leader in goals (235). Grant is also second in National Lacrosse League history in goals (668) and points (1,446).

Saturday's game against the Stealth begins at 7 p.m., but the team recommends everyone be in their seats by 6:45 p.m.
