NEW YORK - There are new numbers out on kids and allowance.
A survey by the American Institute of CPAs say six out of 10 parents pay an allowance.
The average earning is $15 a week or about $780 a year.
Money saved isn't necessarily money earned, the study says.
A majority of parents say their kids are spending their allowance just as quickly as their receive it.
