KUSA - Getting on a scale after Thanksgiving can be a nightmare. But there are ways around eating foods that pack on the pounds.
Paolo Neville, executive chef at Bistro Elaia, stopped by the 9NEWS studio Saturday morning with some tips.
From turkey to side dishes, small substitutes can instantly create a healthier meal. Plus, Neville still makes these traditional dishes taste good.
His "slimmed down" recipes are approved by registered dieticians at the University of Colorado Anschutz Health and Wellness Center.
