Missy Robinson with Panera Bread stopped by 9NEWS Studios to talk about some healthy eating tips.
Robinson suggested multi-grain or whole wheat bread without preservatives to serve sandwiches on it.
Robinson also mentioned that letting your children participate in the cooking process will encourage them to eat better.
