Sneed says when looking for deals make sure it comes with a guarantee. Check with the BBB before making a purchase. If you don't get what you paid for, you can seek a refund. If you can't get a refund you can file a formal complaint with the BBB.

Sneed says if a business finds it's having trouble delivering on its promises it should contact the BBB for help.
