For the first time ever, the airport closed one of its runways so it could be turned into a drag strip for the new Lamborghini Aventador lP700-4 roadster.

It's the first time the airport has closed a runway for a car company and the first time a vehicle surpassed 180 mph at the airport.

If you're in the market for a new car and like the speed and performance of the 2013 Aventador be prepared to shell out some serious cash.

The basic model is listed at more than $397,000.
