A Westminster company with an international client base is seeking Customer Help Desk Representatives who are fluent in either French, Spanish, or Portuguese.
You will provide customer service and support to customers.
Successful candidates will complete the company's training courses and certification programs during the first two months.
After the training, you will answer help queues, providing unscheduled call information to Client Services, transferring callers, and correcting caller data.
