DENVER BUSINESS JOURNAL - Internet security firm Webroot of Broomfield said it's acquired the assets of CyberFlow Analytics of San Diego for an undisclosed price.
CyberFlow Analytics uses data science to detect network anomalies.
"This solution can identify and alert on potentially malicious activity that deviates from normal traffic in milliseconds," said Dick Williams, Webroot CEO, in a statement.
CyberFlow employs about 15 people in San Diego and they'll join Webroot's 60-person team in the city, according to Xconomy.
