DENVER BUSINESS JOURNAL - Denver's Golden Triangle hasn't yet reached the level of activity that River North enjoys, but the area is now home to Denver's newest co-working space: Shift Workspaces.
The 1001 Bannock St. location is the second Shift Workspaces outpost, with the other located at Fourth Avenue and Corona Street.
The Bannock location opened earlier this month and is about 50 percent leased to 25 different users, said founder Grant Barnhill. The building was originally constructed in the 1880s, Barnhill said.
Tenants at Shift Bannock include mainly professional services companies, Barnhill said, and have an average of three employees.
