Denver company buys Oregon winery

DENVER BUSINESS JOURNAL - Oregon winery Stone Wolf Vineyards has been acquired by Integrated Beverage Group, a Denver-based wine producer and distributor that hopes to expand the reach of Stone Wolf's Rascal Pinot Noir.

IBG didn't disclose terms of the deal.

Stone Wolf — based in McMinnville, between Portland and Salem — will join a stable of IBG wines that includes Cara Mia from Italy, and Chime and Reaper from California. It's the company's first Oregon wine holding.
