Denver natural gas transportation company raises $875M in IPO

DENVER BUSINESS JOURNAL - Denver's newest public company — Antero Midstream GP LP — said it raised $875 million in an initial public offering of its stock.

Antero Midstream GP, with its shares trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "AMGP," said its shares were initially priced at $23.50.

In Thursday trading, they closed a bit down, at $22 per share.

Antero Midstream operates in the Appalachian Basin in West Virginia, Ohio and Pennsylvania.
