KUSA - The fifth annual Denver Startup Week kicks off Monday.
It’s one of the biggest entrepreneurial events in the country, with more than 10,000 people expected to attend.
While a lot of cities focus their startup weeks on technology, Denver’s is known to go beyond that, delving into food, design, marketing and DIY.
Denver Startup Week says they’ve noticed more women, young entrepreneurs and veteran entrepreneurs coming on board to show interest.
In Denver alone, there are 664 startups.
All of the events this week are free if you sign up at www.denverstartupweek.org.
