Englewood apartment complex sells to North Carolina company for $78 million

DENVER BUSINESS JOURNAL - A 306-unit apartment complex on South Broadway in Englewood called Alta Cherry Hills has sold to a North Carolina real estate company for $78 million.

Bell Partners Inc. purchased the complex, at 3650 S. Broadway in Englewood. Alta Cherry Hills was constructed by Atlanta-based Wood Partners, which was represented in the deal by ARA, A Newmark Company, in the deal.

“ARA Newmark has been involved with Alta Cherry Hills since its inception. The land team’s executive managing directors, Steve O’Dell and Chris Cowan closed the sale of the 4.56-acre site to Wood Partners in 2013 and we’ve gone full circle with the property’s sale,” said Terrance Hunt, vice chairman at ARA.
