Environmentalists & natural gas industry talk energy

DENVER - Colorado has been at the forefront of the nation's new energy economy discussions this year.

This week that talk is turning to natural gas. Environmentalists and the natural gas industry will come together on Sept. 24 and 25 to have a civil conversation about it at the Natural Gas Symposium.

On 9NEWS at 7, Gregg Moss will be joined by former Colorado governor Bill Ritter (D), who is at the helm of the effort through his role as lead of the New Energy Economy at Colorado State University.

The symposium is open to the public and Gov. Ritter is encouraging the public to attend.
