DENVER BUSINESS JOURNAL - A tony six-year-old, 135-room resort and condominium project in Vail has sold for $121 million.
The Four Seasons Resort and Residence in Vail was sold by Barclays Capital in a deal brokered by CBRE.
"The property’s location in the very heart of Vail Village, along with its luxury finishes, world class Four Seasons service levels and robust amenity package, have positioned the hotel as the leading lodging product in one of North America’s most celebrated ski destinations," CBRE said in its sales brochure for the resort.
“The Four Season’s world-class service, luxury finishes, and robust amenity package position the hotel as a marquee and irreplaceable asset," said Mark Darrington of CBRE Hotels in Denver, in a statement.
