Honolulu tour booking company finds workforce in Denver

DENVER BUSINESS JOURNAL - FareHarbor, a Honolulu-based online booking and reservation company focused on outdoor activities, has found a workforce in Denver because it is a place where people love the outdoors and can speak to clients from experience.

That's according to the company's CEO Lawrence Hester, who announced that FareHarbor, which launched in 2013, has 46 full-time employees in Denver and has plans to hire more.

During the Denver Startup Week, Hester said the company had booked more than 1 million tours in 2015, totaling more than $150 million in revenue. He was a featured panelist of founders during the week's activities.
