DENVER BUSINESS JOURNAL - A large mixed-use development is coming to Denver's ever-growing River North District.
Santa Monica, California-based real estate investment firm Mass Equities acquired a 7.8-acre area of land for $38 million that included two existing buildings totaling over 219,000 square feet.
The company said in a statement that it will create a development there consisting of:
-An art creative office space by re-imaging 62,000-square-foot building located at 3060 N. Brighton Blvd.
-A 480-unit apartment complex.
