DENVER BUSINESS JOURNAL - Mauricio Restrepo, chief financial officer of Molson Coors Brewing Co., resigned Thursday after just over six months in the post “because of matters regarding personal conduct” not related to its business, the Denver-based global beer company announced.
Molson Coors (NYSE: TAP) said it has appointed Tracey Joubert, previously CFO of its U.S. business arm MillerCoors, to succeed Restrepo.
Restrepo’s conduct was “unrelated to the operations or financial statements of the company,” Molson Coors (NYSE: TAP) said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company did not disclose the nature of the conduct. A Molson Coors spokesman declined to comment; Restrepo could not be reached.
