New 18-story apartment building in Denver's Golden Triangle 'tops out'

DENVER BUSINESS JOURNAL - A new 18-story apartment building in Denver's Golden Triangle neighborhood is moving closer to completion.

A "topping out" ceremony was held recently at the 274-unit Eviva Cherokee Apartments at 1250 Cherokee St. in Denver, adjacent to the city's museum district.

Completion of the project isn't expected until spring of next year, developers said in a statement.

Back in July 2015, the Denver Business Journal reported that the building was expected to be completed this fall.
