Now nearly 10,000 Chipotle workers accuse company of wage theft in class-action suit

DENVER BUSINESS JOURNAL - Nearly 10,000 Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc. workers are accusing the Denver-based company of wage theft in a two-year-old class-action lawsuit.

It's being reported this week that nearly 10,000 workers have joined the "Turner v. Chipotle" lawsuit, with workers alleging they were forced to work "off the clock."

Leah Turner, the "Turner" in the lawsuit, told CNNMoney this week that she's suing Chipotle(NYSE: CMG) because "from day one, I was working off the clock at Chipotle."
