Software merger makes Boulder boutique firm part of global company

DENVER BUSINESS JOURNAL - Raising money isn’t the only way to speed up the growth of a business. Merging with a bigger company can accomplish the same thing.

That’s the route chosen by Amadeus Consulting, a software company that emphasizes making mobile and “internt of things” technology for clients.

The Boulder company has merged with Exadel, a global software company based in Walnut Creek, California.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
