DENVER BUSINESS JOURNAL - The nonprofit organizer of the Space Symposium convention in Colorado Springs is looking for a new leader following the exit of its longtime CEO who departed after an industry blog questioned his first-class air travel and vulgar Facebook posts.
Elliot Pulham, leader of the Colorado Springs-based nonprofit Space Foundation since 2001, resigned and the organization’s board is searching for his replacement.
Previously he worked for the Boeing Co. in public relations and communications and served as spokesperson at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida for the Magellan, Galileo and Ulysses unmanned interplanetary missions, according to Pulham's Space Foundation bio.
It’s not clear whether the issues raised by the blog are directly related to Pulham's exit.
