KUSA - Three people test driving Ford’s newest supercar learned they weren’t immune to the law Wednesday when they got speeding tickets for going 101 mph in a 50 mph zone.
These vehicles will be rare sights when they go into production. Ford is only making 250 GTs a year at a hefty $500,000.
The disguised prototypes – known as mules – were spotted on Interstate 70 in Glenwood Canyon. They can go faster than 205 mph.
The test drivers were pulled over on an exit ramp and said they were doing high altitude testing.
