DENVER - The Denver Metro SBDC and Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce are bringing back the Trout Tank, sponsored by First National Denver.
This is a free event where Colorado entrepreneurs pitch their businesses to a School of 30 lenders and investors.
The School of 30 will hear five-minute presentations from selected business owners followed by questions from the school.
Audience members will be able to actively participate by allocating a fake $1 million and giving feedback to presenters through a mobile application created especially for the Trout Tank. At the end of the night, a crowd-sourced cash prize will be awarded to the winner with the most audience funding through the app.
While only a handful of entrepreneurs can compete, each Trout Tank is open to the public. The Trout Tank will be held Sept. 15 from 5 to 7:30 p.m. at the Denver Metro Chamber.
Think you have what it takes to compete in the Trout Tank? Entrepreneurs are encouraged to participate in the January 2016 event.
Businesses under two years old must be graduates of the LEADING EDGE, NxLeveL or FastTrac course. For more information, visit http://bit.ly/1QCxfm8.
