DENVER BUSINESS JOURNAL - A new rendering compiled by Denver-based Oz Architecture gives a glimpse into the future of the River North neighborhood, using plans from 15 projects currently in various stages of development to imagine what the area will look like in 2020.
Oz began working on the rendering this summer, after hearing from developers they needed a way to help investors visualize what RiNo's potential could be, said Becky Stone, managing partner at Oz.
The company got in touch with other architecture firms and compiled all the site plans into one big rendering, depicting the corridor along Brighton Boulevard reaching from 38th Street toward downtown Denver.
Commercial and residential projects are included in the rendering, and while some of them are in the planning or construction phases, Stone said, some are further off.
