Denver renters overall are satisfied, but miffed at high rents: Study

DENVER BUSINESS JOURNAL - Overall, Denver renters say they are pretty satisfied with renting in the city, but they're miffed at the high rents they're paying.

That's according to a new study by Seattle-based Apartment List, which indicated that Denver renters gave an "overall satisfaction" grade of "A-" to their Denver rental situation.

Denver renters were most happy with access to parks and pet friendliness, which both received scores of "A-."

But they weren't happy with the amount of rent they're paying.

Renters gave the city a "D" in affordability.
