Daniel Brock, 35, of Littleton, was arrested last week on suspicion of sexual assault of a child. He will be advised of his charges Monday at 10 a.m.

The investigation of Brock started in February when a staff member at the Silver State Christian School in Morrison called the Morrison Police Department with concerns about his relationship with a student.

Brock is on administrative leave from the school, according to the Jefferson County District Attorney's office.

Brock is being held on $10,000 bond. Should he post bond he will face the following conditions: he must be supervised by Pretrial Services; no alcohol or drugs; no contact with the victim; no contact with children under the age of 18 except his children which will be supervised by mother or other person of authority.

Brock's next court appearance is set for April 16 at 10 a.m.
