Colorado Attorney General John Suthers' office announced the indictment Wednesday. It claims that the 15 suspects operated several brothels in Denver, Longmont and Glenwood Springs under the name Mi Casa Su Casa. All of the suspects are said to be in the country illegally.

"This case involved prostitution in an organized crime context," Suthers said. "Each of the 11 brothels mentioned in our indictment were blights on the community. I am glad to see my office along with our partners in local law enforcement shut down this extensive operation."

The indictment lists Sonia Montoya-Cadena, 54, as the head of the illegal enterprise. It also says at each location between $40 and $50 was collected for 15 minutes of sex. The money was split between the house and the prostitutes.

The brothels were in operation between Dec. 30, 2006 and April 16 of this year, according to the AG's office. The indictment goes on to list the following Denver locations for the brothels: 1521 N. Yosemite St.; 1552 W. Alameda, 540 Perry St.; 4169 W. Kentucky; 3745 Pecos St.; 3054 Dakota Ave.; 4855 Washington St.; 2727 W. 33rd Ave. and 2841 W. 24th Ave. The Longmont brothel was located at 14 Ninth Ave. The Glenwood Springs brothel was located at 52089 U.S. Highway 6.
