Colorado Lottery transactions delayed

DENVER - Sales and redemptions of the Colo. Lottery's jackpot games - Cash 5, Lotto and Powerball will be delayed on Sunday.

Lottery officials say the organization is transitioning to a new back office computer system.

Retailers' terminals for the jackpot games are expected to be up and running by approximately noon.

The delay will not impact sales of Scratch tickets. However, consumers will have to wait until Monday July 13th to cash those winning tickets.
