2 people found dead in Jefferson County

INDIAN HILLS - The Sheriff's Department is investigating the deaths of two people in a home on the 23-thousand block of Kiowa Drive.

Jefferson County Sheriff's Department Spokesman Jim Shires says at this time it does not appear that a 3rd party is involved in the deaths.

The home is near Parmalee Gulch & Highway 285.

Investigators say the landlord of the property found the two bodies. It's believed they lived at the residence.

The Coroner will determine a cause of death.
