Tracy and Joanne Rinebarger were found dead inside their home near Monte Vista on Tuesday. Their 14-year-old son was arrested that afternoon. He was found in Park County, an hour north of the family's house.

The teen appeared in court Thursday to determine if he will remain in custody. A judge closed the courtroom to the public and issued a gag order on everyone involved in the case.
