3rd victim dies in church van rollover

BOISE, Id. - Oregon State Police confirm a third person has died of injuries from a Colorado church van rollover wreck near Baker City, Ore., on Nov. 12.

Twenty-four-year-old Phillip Harris, from Alabama, died early Sunday morning at a Boise-area hospital.

He was among 16 people in the van from New Life Worship Center in Federal Heights that rolled off an icy stretch of Interstate 84, about five miles west of Baker City.

Two other people died in the crash, Joshua John Pishcura of Ohio and Taune Nicole Winter of Deer Trail, Colorado, whose funeral was Saturday.
