Father throws son's 11-year-old wrestling competitor

KUSA – One parent got a little too involved at a wrestling tournament in Rolling Meadows, Illinois this past weekend.

Nick Nasenbeny, 11, was about to win when his opponent’s father, Ray Hoffman, jumped in and tossed him off the mat.

Hoffman says he’s embarrassed by his behavior and regrets it.

Nasenbeny was treated for a shoulder injury.
