On the night of August 22, 2007 police responded to a tattoo parlor, Mr. Tank's Tattoo Shop, located in the 6000 block of East Colfax Avenue.

Officers found Joshua Trobaugh, 27, with a gunshot wound to the chest. Paramedics took Trobaugh to Denver Health Medical Center but he died from his injuries shortly thereafter.

On Tuesday, 35-year-old Edward Lawrence Rideaux was arrested by the Denver Police's Fugitive Unit for investigation of felony murder for his role in the robbery and homicide.

An investigation, which had been ongoing since the shooting, last week led police to Tyrone Williams, 30, and DeWayne O'Bannon, 25, as suspects in the murder.

Both men were in area jails on unrelated charges. Williams now has an additional hold for investigation of murder in the first-degree and O'Bannon has an additional hold for investigation of felony murder.

The Denver District Attorney accepted the case for formal charges on Tuesday against Williams and O'Bannon.
