DENVER - 9Wants to Know has learned the FBI is investigating a man who may be responsible for the disappearance and possible murder of four people from the metro area.

The three women and one man were friends or related to Scott Kimball. The 42-year-old Denver man is currently in jail in Jefferson County on other charges.

The FBI, which is investigating along with the U.S. Attorney's office, says it found pictures of four other women in Kimball's possession and agents hope the public can identify those women.

"What you want most is just to get them home," said Rob McLeod, the father of one of the dead women – Kaysi McLeod.

He says it was a small sense of relief to learn that four years after her disappearance, his daughter's body was found. He says Kaysi, who was from Adams County, was last seen at the Motel 6 at Interstate 25 and 84th Avenue in Thornton.

"It's still very sad and there is still a small part of my heart that's broken and scared, but she's going to come home," said McLeod.

Kimball was Kaysi's stepfather and frequently took her to work. McLeod believes Kimball picked her up on Aug. 21, 2003 and never dropped her off.

When asked if there was any doubt about who killed his daughter, McLeod said, "Not in my mind. I believe Scott Kimball killed my daughter."

"I believe he's done this before," said McLeod.

The family of Jennifer Marcum, who has been missing since 2003, feels the same way about her disappearance. Marcum, who was from Denver, also spent time with Kimball.

"Scott was supposed to be traveling with her up to Washington to help her get a job running his supposed coffee shops," said Bob Marcum, Jennifer's father.

He never saw his daughter again and neither did anyone else.

9NEWS has learned Kimball asked to meet her parents, saying he knew where the body was, but that someone else killed her.

"I'd already met Kimball at a park and when I got done with a conversation with him, I figured he killed my daughter," said Marcum.

Leann Emry of Aurora was also known to be traveling to Washington that same year and also has not been seen since that trip.

On Jan. 16, 2003, she told her father, Howard, she was planning a camping trip. Her car was later found abandoned in Moab, Utah.

"Something happened (to Leanne) between Moab and California," said Howard Emry.

Emry says she met Kimball through a friend. She knew Kimball as "Hannibal."

The fourth missing person is Kimball's uncle, Terry, who disappeared in 2004 on the same day family members found Kimball throwing away a couch covered in vomit.

The head of Denver's FBI office says there could be more victims.

"I think that's entirely possible, we don't know what we don't know," said Special Agent in Charge James H. Davis.

Court records show FBI agents have found images of women in bondage on computers connected to Kimball, as well as permission notes in which women consented to deviant sexual acts.

Agents are also focusing on the four other unidentified women seen in the other pictures found with Kimball's belongings. Agents say those women could be witnesses to crimes or more victims.

"Certainly by showing these photographs to the public, we hope we can get information from the public that might help us in the investigation," said Davis. "They are missing, they are unaccounted for, they are considered to be victims."

If you have any information, call the FBI at 303-629-7171.

Kimball has not been charged with crimes in connection to this investigation.

Kimball has a long criminal history including charges for theft, escape and issuing bad checks.

"I think there is a possibility he might get away with this," said McLeod. "If anybody knows Scott Kimball and knows stories that law enforcement doesn't know, they need to know. If you've got someone missing that has interacted with this guy, then we need to know."
