LAKEWOOD - Brad Hams, the founder and president of Ownership Thinking, a Lakewood-based company has a new goal - to eradicate the entitlement mentality.

Ownership Thinking is trying to diminish or defeat the idea of job entitlement, but rather empower employees to think and act like owners towards creating wealth.

Hams believes that the best way for people to gain self esteem is through achievement, and that's where his company comes in. Ownership Thinking provides employees and organizations with the tools and training they need to realize their potential.

Attendees of his workshops say Hams' ideas on ending entitlement and engaging with employees are easily implemented and quantifiable.

Hams has more than 15 years of speaking to audiences worldwide.
