DENVER - It took 18 weeks of sweating and dieting in the 9NEWS Bikini Body After Baby series, but Lisa Poole and Kelly Duman say the results are worth the wait.

"I feel great. I feel awesome," Lisa, a 33-year-old mom of two, said.
Under the guidance and training of Chris Williamson, owner of The Gym in south Denver, Lisa lost nearly 60 pounds.
Kelly had a smaller challenge: losing the last 15 pounds after she had three children. The 34-year-old mom also had the challenge of going through a tough divorce. She originally felt guilty for taking the time to work out.
"I'm so glad I had this," she said. "It gave me a reason to balance my life."
Kelly lost 16 pounds on her journey.
When the women won a spot in our Bikini Body After Baby Contest, the agreement was that they'd top off their journey by stepping on stage in the Rocky Mountain Bikini and Physique Championship.
"It's like a proud little papa seeing them on stage," Williamson said.
Williamson put the women on an eating plan which included six small meals and didn't drop carbohydrates. He says any mom can achieve her goal of getting her body back.
"They're doing something people don't think they can do. And when somebody does that, that means a lot," Williamson said.
The women had a lot of help on their journey. Their thanks goes out to: Max Muscle, which provided free nutritional supplements; Brett Seeley, who did a photoshoot with the women to show off their results; Laura Richards of Suit Yourself, for making their swimsuits; Jo Dang, for doing the makeup in their photoshoots; Aly Vissat, photoshoot stylist and Adrianne Martinez, makeup artist.
