DENVER - Denver Police say a woman has turned herself into police tonight, claiming she's the driver who ran over a man in a parking lot and then drove away.
Police say Friday morning the man was crossing the parking lot when the car ran over the victim around 9:35 a.m. in the 1200 block of Federal Boulevard.
The victim sustained multiple injuries. He is in critical condition. His name is not being released at this time.
Police say the woman told them where to find her car, which they have now recovered.
