ADAMS COUNTY - A jury found the former owner of a paving company guilty of theft and other charges following a 9Wants to Know investigation.

9Wants to Know first reported on Quality Paving in July 2010. Adams County paid the company's now former owner, Jerry Rhea, hundreds of thousands of dollars for work that was never done.

A jury convicted Rhea on Monday afternoon.

Three other people have also been found guilty in similar corruption allegations.

Adams County has also filed a lawsuit against seven people, including Rhea, in an attempt to get back $8.6 million in the scheme to bill the county for construction projects that were never completed.
