AURORA - Police say they have arrested a man who barricaded himself inside a home on East Kansas Drive. There are reports a two-year old was inside the home with him.
The home is near Mississippi Avenue and Peoria Street at the Fountain Village Apartments.
Police say they tried to contact the man at 2:45 a.m. Wednesday morning, but he would not answer.
Three buildings in the complex were evacuated. Those residents were taken to the clubhouse. Police say the man may have had access to multiple weapons inside the home.
Police are trying to determine what charges the man will face. No injuries were reported.
