Malcolm Farley, a Metro State College alumn, has been painting for his entire life.
He has captured everything from the Indy 500 to the Super Bowl and the World Series.
Farley utilizes a unique technique for all of his pieces.
"I just try to keep the color to do the talking, keep it simple. I think it was kind of a cliché always to have the mountains and I had a couple sketches going in that direction but it just wasn't strong enough for me so I think just good clean design and excitement of the color I think is what I was trying to capture," Farley said.
Posters are on sale at the Pepsi Center for $20.
Farley will be showing other work and signing posters this weekend at Clayton Lane Fine Arts in Cherry Creek.
